The first Portal Owner user is invited by the Partner.
- When a Partner creates a new HOA organization from the Partner Portal, the Portal user will receive an email with an activation link to set up their password
- Clicking "Set Your Password" in the email will open a webpage where you can create your password
- After setting up your password, you will be taken to the login page where you can sign in using your email as username and your newly created password.
