Resetting your password as a resident user is easy. On the login page, click "Forgot Password."
Enter the email address associated with your account and Click Confirm.
If the email is correct, you will receive a password reset link via email.
Click the Reset Password button

If you're using the mobile app, it will open automatically and take you to the password reset page.
If you click the reset link from your PC, you'll be taken to a webpage where you can reset your password. After resetting, you'll need to return to the mobile app to log in.
