Resident User are invited by Property Manager through Web Portal. They will receive an email with a temporary password.
As a Resident user, the first thing you need to do is download the Mobile App. Search for "entrio" in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
After downloading and installing the app, log in using your email address as the username and the temporary password.
You will be required to change your password during your first login.
